Finally Media Ltd(" Finally Media Ltd " or "we" or "us") is providing this Data Subject Rights Overview for our the convenience of our EEA residents users or partners ("you" or "your") which summaries your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
The GDPR provides the following rights for individuals:

You have a right to request and obtain confirmation from us if we process certain personal data related to you. In addition, you have a right to request us to provide you with a copy of that information (in the event we confirm we do process it), as well as additional information regarding how and why Finally Media Ltd uses the information, details about the source of the personal data (in the event not provided by you), etc. Once we affirmatively determined the veracity and appropriateness of your request to exercise your access right, we will provide you with the applicable information within the period of time required under the GDPR.

You have the right to require that Finally Media Ltd will update your personal data processed by it, in the event, it is inaccurate, as well as to oblige us to inform third parties with whom we have shared this information, that this information should be updated.
4. THE RIGHT TO ERASURE
You have a right to request Finally Media Ltd to erase certain personal data that we process. We will be required to erase the requested data in the event the following conditions are satisfied: (i) the data which you request us to delete is no longer needed for the original purpose and we have no other new lawful purpose for continued processing; (ii) in the event the data was processed based on your, and you decide to withdraw the consent you have provided; (iii) you have chosen to exercises your right to object to the processing of your personal data by Finally Media Ltd , and we have no overriding grounds for processing the data; (iv) the personal data requested to be erased is processed unlawfully; or the personal data should be erased in order to comply with applicable laws.
Please note that, even if the above conditions were satisfied, Finally Media Ltd is entitled to reject a request for erasure in the event that the processing of the personal data is: (i) necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; (ii) necessary to comply with legal obligations; or (ii) necessary for scientific, etc., all in compliance with applicable laws.
5. THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT PROCESSING
You may be entitled to limit the purposes for which Finally Media Ltd may process your personal data, in the following events: (i) processing is unlawful and you request restriction instead of erasure; (ii) the accuracy of the data is contested; (iii) the personal data is no longer needed for the original purpose it was processed, however, the data is still required to establish, exercise or defend legal rights; or (iv) consideration of overriding grounds in the context of an erasure request (as detailed above).

You are entitled to request us to "port" its personal data to another entity. Portability rights only apply if the data in question was provided by the data subject to the Company, processed automatically, and is processed on the legal bases of either consent or fulfillment of a contract.

You have the right to object to our processing of personal data which is based on our legitimate interests (i.e., direct marketing). Notwithstanding the above, even if you object, we will be entitled to continue the processing in the event that: (i) we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which overrides your rights, interests, and freedoms; or (ii) the processing of the data is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim or right, etc. all in compliance with applicable laws.
